Kelly Faro-Harvey kelly@mdhighways.org Director, Administrative Services Education and Information Coordinator. Responsible for Contract Information in Newsletter and web site maintenance. Contact person for Traffic Managers Training Course and Green Card Classes. Responsible for dues and activity invoices and accounts payable.
